The only country in the world to use grand juries besides the U.S. is Liberia.

But there is so much evidence to bring Trump.

Just sad dude the lengths you go to defend one side and bring down the other.

You still can't even admit that what she did was wrong, not even in the legal sense.

You'd let the democratic party do anything it wanted to you.

Flynn is already involved in a grand jury in Virginia, I would speculate that at the very least impanelling another special grand jury likely means someone other then Flynn is a target.

I know allot of the signs point to the grand jury investigating Trump for obstruction of Justice.

The main one being that it is in DC, where the alleged obstruction occurred.

The important number here is the 30K cases not pursued. Of course that is still a very high rate of indictment.

Flynn, on the other hand, may provide some political optics problems since he was the person that Trump wanted Comey to stop investigating.

I love how you repeat the MSM talking points. over and over and over.

Wait, I never said it wasn't wrong.

It's the level of wrong that we disagree with.

This ship has sailed. We have all lost.

You cannot present a defense at a grand jury. There is an old saying about grand juries and ham sandwiches.

Your post doesn't actually help your "cause". While I seriously doubt Trump faces anything....if someone on his team does it means absolutely nothing as far as guilt. The fact that 99.99 percent indict, as you posted, prove that.

An indictment isn't a conviction.

Of course, the defense doesn't get to rebut the prosecutor's case during a grand jury.

Interesting that you come to this insight now, and not when it benefits republicans.

So this is more formality than anything substantial?

Right, most of those were prosecutor discretion or were rolled into other prosecutions.

That's Trump world's best hope here. The grand jury will likely indict whatever Mueller wants.

They may indict...but that dog won't hunt. It would be thrown out immediately. For several reasons.
