Word around the campfire according to some on twitter is that Trump's OMB people have been investigating ALL foreign aid disbursements, not just Ukraine via state. Ukraine just happens to be particularly sketchy and was really ignited following Zelesky and Trump' s"perfect" phone call.
Seems like maybe most of the aid ended up in people's pockets. Could be an Al Capone type deal for the 21st century.

Almost as if Trump wanted to draw attention to UKR foreign policy that predated his administration, knowing that sunlight is the best disinfectant....

Haven't really heard Manafort or Podesta's names very much lately, have we? Those guys were in deep in Ukraine.

This was a foreign policy win. It has bipartisan and international support, so Trump getting to the bottom of this is an impeachable offense.
