Ron Paul is a pro life libertarian. Literally the guy who introduced libertarianism to most Americans. I am pretty sure Justin Amash is pro life too.

I’m not sure it would hurt Trump. He will get the typical Johnson voters from 2016 and with the shite Dem candidates I could see him pulling equally from the left

What if he carried Michigan???

A republican who is a libertarian opponent might be good for the country. Trump moves toward his opponents as he runs. Maybe he would not move so far toward the democrats if there are strategically important libertarian opponents that might carry a state or two.

Not a chance. Trump had to use protectionist economic policies to win over the blue collar votes there. A libertarian would not resonate state wide.

Yeah, that's never going to fly from Amash's desk. Did we seriously get to page 6 without this coming to light? Come on, people. Dig, FFS.

AggieHank... what a joke.
I have absolutely no problem with your substantive views on abortion, because it is inherently an issue NOT susceptible to a "right" answer. I certainly do not "demonize" you for them. My only problem arises when you attempt to impose your views upon others.

But ... yes ... I find the childish reactions to opposing views to be highly entertaining.

Yes, I understand that you do not grasp the difference.

Yes, I also understand that you believe abortion inherently imposes one person's views upon at least one other person....

My libertarian thinking is that liberty extends to the womb. How can you say you are for the rights of the individual and then say you want to allow an individual to be killed at the whim of his mother???
Because you must determine at what point the NAP vests. Some think it vests when 23 chromosome pairs come into existence. Others see sapience as the more important issue.

Most "Libertarians" come across as pompous douche bags who revel in their "libertarian-ness" and think themselves far better than everyone else. And are, in reality, liberals.

They love them open borders just like Liberals.

They also don't use a lot of logic when arguing against a wall. They cite the cost as a "waste of money". But we spend more per year on illegals than the full cost of a complete wall.

They rarely complain about foreign aid , and they seem to love unfair trade deals that helps other countries but harms our workforce , all because they love "free markets".

The United States comes first , frick everyone else.
