Galling. Only reason I kept watching was because he was on and holding it down. Cool as a cucumber.

He’s more of a Cornyn-style Rino. But at least he’s badass looking.

I really do feel dumb for having criticized him without having done some fact checking though. But that’s ok, it’s good to know that we conservatives will hold our representatives accountable should they ever step out of bounds and go against what is best for Americans. Btw, keep up the good work bud.

Two questions:

1. Who watches The View (aside from dudes giving plasma at lunch)?

2. Why does anyone make an appearance on The View?

I'm endlessly baffled by the references to The View on this board and elsewhere.

No idea. It was a cringeworthy experience, and I was mad that the clinic had it on instead of the channel they usually do (FX).

Leftists won't like this, because their goal is to cripple the U.S. economy, hidden behind movements like environmentalism.

What about his stance on the Paris Climate Accords, for example, is so egregiously far right? I'm curious.

Its disingenuous to suggest that American businesses, in our economic system, will actually collectively put our environmental concerns above their economic interests. In many cases, those are competing interests and their number one concern is profits.

If they choose both equally or the former, then they wouldn't be maximizing their profits. Thats why I hate deregulation. Why should we trust businesses to curb their end goal of profits or the play "within the rules / reason" when that is deleterious to their longevity in a free market system? Its woefully dismissive of the realities of our economy goals.

..and SNL initially had a skit parodying Crenshaw because he wears an eye patch.

Still no skits on AOC or Omar.

Why? Businesses turning green has proven to be quite profitable in addition to generating public good will.

I think you're dismissing the business incentives to be greener. It's been a marked pattern/trend.

Anyways, that's only half of Crenshaw's point. His main focus was on innovation, which even further incentives profitability.

What about the above is so "far right," though? You never really answered that question.

First Dan Crenshaw became a liberal and supported the Paris Climate Accord, which is TOTALLY disappointing

And then Vox became a liberal and made a post totally supporting Crenshaw

And THEN Tbird totally became a liberal and let all this happen in his thread, HE SUPPORTS CRENSHAW AND THE PARIS CLIMATE ACCORD TOO!!!

HOLY SHITBALLS MY WORLD IS FALLING APART

Why don't you do some research on America's overall Co2 and greenhouse gas emissions since Trump took office and began deregulation, then get back to us.

Hint: it's the exact opposite of the point you're trying to make

Peanuts, really. Depends on the city (I've done it here in San Antonio and also in College Station).

Like maybe 80-100 bucks a week if you're lucky. I mainly do it for a little pocket change and to be productive while getting out of the office for a spell.
