Black Propaganda comes from a false source, it spreads lies, fabrications and deceptions. It's the "Big Lie". Germany found these easier for the public to believe, especially if they stuck to their four main points on message delivery.
Also remember their motto: "The masses are asses!"
The chapters on Hitler and Goebbels were exceptional. May have to go back and read this book all over again and apply it to today's occurrences.
