Nuclear energy has ALREADY overcome the Green Lobby. There is a strong, and growing, consensus that nuclear is a big part of the Green agenda. In Europe, the EU has declared nuclear (and natural gas) to be a green energy. In the US the anti-nuclear left is being shouted down by the global warming crowd.

What’s cooling the panel? Basic thermodynamics requires the panel to achieve at least ambient temperature unless some mechanism is transferring the heat to somewhere else.
