Reminder: Cummings steered nearly $16 BILLION in grants to Baltimore that vanished

Just a subtle Bamarep reminder while we all mourn the loss of this champion of his district that he helped steer nearly $16 BILLION in grants to his city that out doesn't appear ended up helping the problems it was meant to help.
Baltimore citizens should demand an account of where this money went.
