This may be the biggest assumption I have read all day.

Iran was quiet under Trump. The Middle East was quiet under Trump.

Biden offers Iran money and sanctions relief. Their proxies are attacking Israel, American troops, and commercial shipping.

You tell me which president was more successful. Every reason to believe Trump will resume the same policy that kept it quiet.

frickin Boucher, right again. Poster to whom you responded would be wise to take a walk down memory lane and recall one particular instance under Trump that’s very comparable to the circumstances that have pitted Iran directly against Israel at the present.

So Iran’s talking all this smack when it gets down to it because Israel wasted a couple top level guys in their military leadership structure. Well guess what? Trump did exactly that, but yet to THE top dog in Iran’s vaunted Revolutionary Guard…..Quasem Soleimani. His nickname now is “Stump”. Because Trump blew his arms and legs off. Just a burnt up torso left, and he was lucky to come out of it with that.

So which loss was more of a loss for Iran? Which was the bigger blow? Losing Stump was, of course. Dude was on their Mount Rushmore of brutal strongmen. And you know what they did? Gave Trump a courtesy call to let him know they must do something, anything, to project some level of strength and retaliation to their peoples. We simply evacuated a far flung military base and they shot a few missiles into the base’s landfill. Lol

Trump assassinated a foreign individual whose country we were not at war with. He also performed the attack in Iraq (a country we did not gain permission from)

He used a drone.

How brave.

Ok.

Who attacked our country?

I’m not a talking about the military bases or personnel located outside our country.

They should not be in harm’s way to begin with.

We are not an Empire.

How do you think it works? A nation’s highest leader rushes him with a Bowie Knife and slits his throat? Don’t get me wrong, he could do that if necessary, but it’s just not.

For real though, you just aren’t up to speed on Soleimani’s history. He was known amongst other things as the Father of the IED. He introduced that and trained folks in the manufacture and tactics of that brutal method from the early 80s suicide bombers in Israel (a relatively “new” go-to tactic -to- all the way to and through the use of them in Afghanistan with horrific “success” against our soldiers then. He was directly and indirectly responsible for mothers and fathers not having an opportunity to even view their deceased loved ones because the only thing remaining were bits and pieces. Blowing him apart was one of the all time remarkable strikes by an American President.

Imagine believing the attacks in the Red Sea on shipping by Iran backed militants isn’t being funded and supplied by Iran? Impressive

I’m saying that it was an assassination.

He was equivalent to bin Laden. I don’t think there’s any further clarification necessary on that point.
