There were two.

Washington Post is already on one of them.

LINK

Here’s what happened

Drunk Purdue Students have sex.
Girl decides she Did not consent
Accuses guy of rape
Purdue kicks him out, takes his scholarship.
Girl recants
Guy sues Purdue
Lower court says Purdue can’t be sued
7th Circuit (ACB) says he can.

That’s the controversial decision.

Nothing of the sort.

I just think they have nothing on her. Let them attack a suburban mom of faith. It will be great optics to the suburban women that they have to have.

she should not even have t recant for him to keep his scholarship, he should have to be straight up convicted before he loses anything

the fact that WaPo finds this controversial is just ANOTHER example of why they are pure filth and straight up fake news

That's hardly controversial, at least to sane people. Her religious views will be a point of attack. They will try to paint her as a member of some Jim Jones-like sect that calls women handmaidens and speaks in tongues.

Also, the 7th Circuit panel that made that decision was ACB and two other female judges.
