I'm using reality.
Is that how you hold yourself in a spiritual environment?
Faith is spiritual. How does one believe without it?
Your belief as far as any Biblical context is stopped by your reality issue.
As far as alien beings, God created the UNIVERSE

You do realize that this stance effectively removes you from any meaningful participation in this conversation, right?
If reality itself doesn't have any impact, then why participate in a conversation about the impacts of a change in reality (And nothing else) and the impacts this would have?

Hey now. I just told you my opinion on its affect. Sorry you cant see it.
Actually that happens a lot with you slo.
You said you are using reality. I did not say what you came back with. But that is you all day everyday.

That's the presupposition of the thread.

What?
I pointed out how your stance means you have nothing to contribute to the conversation. I didn't re-state your position or offer any direct criticism.
I just said that your stance isn't relevant.

It's like you have pre-prepared talking points you're trying to irrationally force in when they have no place.

How many of those "intelligences" are organic beings?
Many could have been organic. I can imagine that humans of the time would struggle to explain beings from somewhere else and just revert to placing divine tags on them.
If that is what happened, then everything about the bible unravels.

I agree, but the Bible isn't supposed to be a creation of man.
This line of argument makes the Bible seem to be more of a creation of man, and I doubt that's what the people to whom I was responding would agree.

Yes.
This applies more to the "angels are aliens" argument, though. Note I didn't say "aliens are angels" intentionally.

Irrelevant to whom?
To what, not whom, and the answer is the thread/discussion. As I already said

God created the Universe. This aint nothing but fear porn. Have a great day.
Some irrelevance for you.

I hear ya. It was cool to imagine I suppose. The basis of the show was showing how you can debunk things like the Bible and belief by portraying people believing alien beings were the God. At first it seemed as exploration but the underlying theme continued.

He did create everything.
Multiple gardens of eden and multiple Adams and Eves, with many of them choosing to commit sin, which means multiple messiahs.
Man, that gets messy.

That is an assumption but ok.

Much of the OT was a copy and paste of earlier texts learned while the Jews were elsewhere. Older civilizations honestly thought and taught that what we call divine beings were infact from elsewhere in the universe.

Logic based on what we think is divine text given to us by a divine being.
I mean, the Garden of Eden was on this planet or another? Was this not the divine start of life or was it just the start of the human race? If it was the start of life, how did aliens get to other planets from here? It makes much more sense, logically, that they had their own Garden on their own planet.
