as of now though... none of these policies matter to this case
right now they're talking about the pursuit policy... when there was NO PURSUIT in this case

prosecutor stopped the jury from going to lunch by saying his redirect would be < 5 minutes
he's over 5 minutes now
jury has to be mad that he lied and delayed their lunch in doing so... esp. if someone on the jury didn't have a good breakfast

well the is the use of force instructor... this should essentially be the prosecution's "star witness" (ETA: the guy who should say 'she fricked up... she wasn't trained this way... she shouldn't have pulled the gun')
if this guy ends up saying Potter was within her training to pull a gun and shoot... it should be the icing of a not guilty cake
