Is it within any legal realm of possibility this request to “completely shut down” the organization can be imposed? I’m definitely not a lawyer but I was thinking maybe some Individual indictments, fines, etc.? Disbanding an entire organization seems like a stretch to me.

She was asked,” Why can’t the leaders be replaced if there is provable wrongdoing instead of disbanding the NRA?”
She said the corruption was just too deep!
Other groups, specifically Planned Parenthood, not only were accused of wrongdoing, but found guilty, and yet, there was no thought of disbanding them.
I have no clue as to her power, but I doubt very seriously she has the power to disband the NRA.
This is more about preoccupying the NRA during the crucial election phase and making them waste funds that could have otherwise gone to conservative causes.

Another overt reach for power, and I suspect she knows this too.

It's a distraction, and a fund raising gimmick by the Left.

It's lawfare by government.

It's anti American and anti-freedom.

Put a few full time investigators on her arse. I bet she’s corrupt. They all are. Just need to find it.

Since the NRA is a nonprofit, she feels this opens them up to national scrutiny.

Bloomberg spent years as mayor of NYC trying to change laws in Virginia, blaming them for the gun problems in NYC.

I suspect this is a large part of the suit, to distract from the increase in crime in NYC and blame it on guns and the NRA.

Wasn't that long ago people were perplexed as to why George Soros was throwing so much money at certain DA and AG races.

I'm not a legal guy but I doubt the New York Attorney General can do this. MOVE TO TEXAS!
