I never said you can’t question the readings…..just that your point was pretty idiotic.
Your logic is no different than “well this storm is 1000 miles from me so why do I have to hear about it?”

I don't know about the Perry airport but there were sustained winds in Tampa of 65
I follow about 6 different weather blogs and they all were talking about the data - no way this storm landed with only 55 mph sustained
