I don't think anyone said there was a secret cure for cancer, just that she probably has access to treatments that are not available to the wide public. Again, how many frail 80 year old women have survived 4 bouts of cancer treatment?

She didn't. She treated with radiation which is much easier on the body for elderly people.

Ginsburg has had 4 previous occurrences of cancer with the 1st being colon cancer 1999.
In 2009 she underwent surgery for pancreatic cancer. The cancerous tumor was discovered in early stage.
In 2018 she fell and fractured 3 ribs. The CT scan of her ribs showed cancerous nodules in her lungs.
In December 2018 she underwent a left lung lobotomy to remove the nodules. That led to the 1st time in 25 years that Ginsburg missed oral arguments while she recuperated.
In August 2019, it was announced again had completed 3 weeks of focused radiation treatment to a tumor found in her pancreas.

For those that think there is no way they would announce her death until after the election don't understand what a huge "October Surprise" this would be for the Dems. This would be their best way to get out the vote, as the Dems in the Senate can hold up the new selection till at least the election and they would galvanize their base that would be worried they won't be able to kill their babies anymore.
