They’ve already said that she doesn’t need to hear the Oral arguments. That she can make her decisions from submitted court documents and from her aides notes.

fricking Roberts

Then why have oral arguments at all? It is asinine to make this claim and Roberts knows it. It will be incredible to find out what blackmail the deep state is holding on Roberts to turn him into such a complete puppet.

I really hope Roberts is one of the first notable folks to go down in DECLAS, since he's the fricker who appointed the FISA judges in the first place.

To be fair, Thomas went something like ten years without opening his mouth once during orals. But, he was still there.

Not sure reading is the same as hearing, if that makes any sense.

Also, if she is well enough to sit up and read she is well enough to sit up and take a picture.

I like your optimism, but I think declass will only expose the DOJ. It would be very hard to go after the judges. For what it’s worth, I think Brennan is the highest that will
be implicated.

Why would Roberts fight on that hill when she's about to die anyway?

Our mutual friend on the inside said otherwise, I believe.

Declassification of the Carter Page FISA warrant that was executed under the false pretenses of the Steele dossier.

Is she "appearing" for the State of the Union address, or are they going to keep hiding the fact that she's either dead, or completely incapacitated?

Feb 7th is the big day for RBG because she canceled all public appearance up to Feb 6th so far.

My money's on Feb 11, 2019.

She's skipped SOTU before, for speaking engagements, etc., and had one scheduled for Jan. 29, 2019. Obviously that timing was deliberate, but even that event was canceled, this time.

Trump should push his SOTU address back a week to 2/12/2019, just to watch the Dems scramble for an excuse.

While not a big fan of RBG's jurisprudence, I think too much has been made of the fact that she will miss oral argument. It's really not that unusual - Rehnquist did it, for sure - and oral argument just isn't that important in an appellate matter that's been fully briefed.

Look whether she show for SOTU or Oral arguments is not the issue, being visibly alive is the issue
