No, he’s just literally on video inciting others to do it. Emphatically calling on them and saying encouraging them to do it… he admits he “orchestrated it.” You know, what you lib dbags claim Trump did (encourage rioters and incite violence) but did not do? Epps did that and yet he has not been charged with anything and all of the sudden you feel bad for him? There are people who did nothing except enter the Capitol—a public, government building—and walk around (after Capitol police calmly removed barricades and let them walk in) and they are in prison for years now.
