No idea. I don't know whether the shots of the audience are real. I actually don't know whether the video was real. I suspect it is, because if you're going to fabricate video for clicks, you'd make it a lot more clear.

The clip alone isn’t enough to say whether she is calling on Muslims specifically but she is definitely rallying her side to fundamentally change the U.S. government.
Not quoting exactly but she describes the country as being founded on rape and slavery and genocide. Very incendiary, designed to ply emotions.
She says she has to work within the legal boundaries but now they are in congress and every corner of the country.
Someone more familiar with her would have to tell me if her faith or her politics are more important to her but I’d guess she doesn’t really distinguish between the two.
Calling on Islam? Eh, not enough info for me to say. I’m conservative with such things.
Calling to change the governance of our country? Absolutely.

I hear you. Would you acknowledge that the change of phrase from "take down the United States government" to "change the governance of our country" is doing a lot of work? The first sounds violent, the second less so.
