Mullin was angry that his own constituents confronted him about voting against Rand's amendment to stop funding welfare for overseas refugees.
So as "an answer" Mullin began lashing out at Rand Paul for no reason. And he allowed himself during his temper tantrum to say that he was glad the lunatic Democrat attacked Rand Paul at Rand's house in Kentucky.
As usual, idiots who watch Fox News get the exact wrong story every time and they go off halfcocked without a clue as to what they're talking about.
