Rage Against the Machine announced Monday it would reunite for the first time since 2011 to launch the Public Service Announcement 2020 world tour alongside hip hop duo Run the Jewels. While tickets don’t officially go on sale until Thursday, Feb. 13 at 11 a.m. PST, you can somehow already buy tickets for most shows on StubHub and for a few festival dates on Ticketmaster. Just be prepared to shell out serious cash. After service fees and taxes, two tickets to the Oakland, Calif., show on StubHub came out to $783.95, or $391.98 each.

Anti-capitalist until it affects their bottom line. Sounds about right.

Communism for thee; not so much for me.

Roger Waters is the same way. Rails on capitalism his entire show; wants $80 for a t-shirt.

I'd go see them, I liked bulls on parade quite a bit.

To clarify, I wouldn't pay to go see them, but yeah if you paid me I'd go.

Same kind of people buying tickets for this shite look like the kid on the cover of Evil Empire.

Lol at any fan that actually bought into RATM's anti-capitalist, pro-socialism nonsense. It makes good fodder for angsty teenage nitwit fans but I don't see Morello or Zach giving up their rockstar lifestyles anytime soon.

Saw them in 1991 at lalalapooza. They are just in it for the money and to rile up the Bernie bros.

They by no means are against capitalism.

I'm not here to defend them but the band claims their highest ticket is $125. Ticketmaster and Stub Hub are the ones raising the prices, though the band is probably getting a cut of it.

For $300, I’ll let you come to my house and listen to my nephew yell when his game crashes. Same experience.

My point is that the kids paying for this shite are the same ones being called the evil whitey by these assholes.

I’d listen to the band as Powerslave over them with Zach being a douche.

I've always been a fan of their music, not their politics, which I just ignored.

They were awesome when I saw them at Jazz Fest, in around 1995.

But paying $400/ticket is insane. I would feel pretty guilty when I realized that I am watching a dude in his 50s screaming "frick you I won't do what cha tell me!" at the top of his lungs.

False.

I wouldn't pay 300 dollars to see any concert. But I'd probably drop a 50 spot to go watch them perform. I don't agree with their politics, but I like their sounds. And I like their "frick the man" attitude too. Just don't agree with their anti-capitalism shite. That stuff is dumb.

Morrello shreds the guitar.
