The mayor of Minneapolis did not order the police to shoot at people on their porches. The order prohibited people from being in public spaces and did not apply to private residences. Yet the police took that order and escalated it to shooting people on their porches.

How de frick do you justify that? How do you not realize that you are turning regular people off when you make excuses like that? We're talking about police culture here.
