Great argument.

He didn't disagree with it. And the memo is among the shoddiest documents I've ever read. I don't know how you can trust the DA.

The 911 call shows that they had no degree of certainty to make an arrest.

I don’t. Other than the statutes he listed I assume aren’t fabricated

Because it’s 2020 and a black man is dead by a white mans gun.

Did the mom already have a lawyer talking to the news everyday?

More research for me I guess.

All this depends on if they witnessed a felony. Given that none of the early documentation mentions anything actually stolen, and the police report mentions that they chased him because they had seen him around before, I'm extremely skeptical they can use the citizen arrest argument.

Well, there’s that intent again. What intent are you prescribing to trespassing on a construction site?

Could this be where the hammer came from?

A family with police connections didn't report that?

Color me skeptical. Anyways it doesn't effect this case, the only way this is justified is if the truck guys saw him committing a felony *at the time*. That's the only way citizens arrests are allowed in Georiga.

The hammer was literally a gun yesterday. No mention of any weapon was made in the early documentation, and because this was handled so poorly by the local authorities, we probably won't ever be able to find out if Arbery had a weapon. But if he did have a weapon, how did the 13 officers who initially respond to the incident miss it? Why didn't it make the DA memo?

You can let the hammer dream die. The police didn’t investigate the crime at the time. There’s no hammer left.

Different family. It’s the property owner where the construction is happening.

Wow

This thread actual confirms the intelligence of most the poliboard.

There is no defending what two rednecks did to that individual.

Doesn’t matter what he did in the past, doesn’t matter if they thought he committed a crime. Neither one of them had the right to gun down an individual in broad daylight.

Your racism and non intelligence is showing currently.

You must get in a ton of conflicts with police. How are you even still alive?

There’s video of it right?

I’m sure the people there will testify as to what the item was.

That’s a weird thing to say because a lawyer will most certainly defend them. Possibly even successfully.

What people?

This is all internet supposition. There’s no hammer mentioned by the posse or the police.
