This is incredibly superficial thinking.
The individual person..whether illegal or not, is just that..an individual person.
"Invasion" is in the numbers. An individual bee is just a bee.. a single soldier is just a soldier..an organized force of soldiers is an invasion when actions are focused on a single goal.

Where exactly are they expected to attempt to cross at? Man, that is a long,long stretch of walking through Mexico and if they cross more toward west Texas that's even further.
