That's not the case. Just because we recognize our own government is corrupt and bad doesn't mean there has to be a good guy across the pond to balance the equation. As I see it, there is no good guy when it comes to those in power.

It's been explained to you 1000 times now but it obviously goes in one ear and out the other, so I'll try it again.
There are no good guys in Russia vs Ukraine. They're both corrupt shitholes. Even Ukraine. Ask anyone who has worked in correspondent banking for more than 5 minutes how they feel about Ukraine.
If two pieces of shite want to fight it out, have at it. That's not our fight. We have more pressing shite to deal with at home and sending hundreds of dollars to Ukraine is fricking stupid.

I worked with Ukranians and Georgians in Afghanistan. Most of them were better people than a lot of Americans.

Putin would never stop with Ukraine. His troops would have parked on the border to menace Poland if he would have marched to Kyiv and taken Zelensky out. We are likely still on the front end of the "troubles" that will last for the next decade.

It's the language of warmongers. Oppose the Vietnam War, you're a commie. Oppose the Afghan or Iraq War, you're a terrorist sympathizer. Now it's oppose aid to Ukraine, you're a Putin supporter. When logic and reason isn't on your side, you appeal to base emotions.
