I have heard that but couldn't confirm after a cursory Google. I did learn his dad was that sleazy congressman who went to jail in the 90s for running those cheesy Nigerian email schemes that bilked people out of millions.
I also saw where Chelsea did get married on Soros' daughter's estate - a former Astor residence - and Bill and Hillary stayed in her personal home during the festivities. Hmmmm
