Are you saying property rights don't exist because you operate a business that's "open to the public"?

No, because if I wanted to say that I’d say it.

A lot of property rights don’t exist when you open a business to the public. This can’t be news to you. It’s bs, but it’s reality.

Of course, if it's against their religious convictions, they should be allowed to prohibit gun worshipers to enter their stores. Right?...

I'll save you the trouble of looking it up:

"sarcasm"-- the use of irony to mock or convey contempt.

example: "his voice, hardened by sarcasm, could not hide his resentment"

synonyms: derision, mockery, ridicule, satire, irony, scorn, sneering, scoffing, gibing, taunting;

I'm sincerely sorry that you don't have the capacity to keep up with the discussion at hand. It's painfully obvious your thought process and reasoning is on no more than an 8th grade level.

You're the one that used the point I was making for me. I said the baker shouldn't be forced to bake the cake as it's a private business and the patron can go elsewhere. You echoed the sentiment and for some reason acted like that was a counterpoint.

ONLY LE. Damnit, see what is happening? We will be a police state .

Yes our guardian angels in uniform who are perfect will protect us.

Like the Broward County kids who had that brave cop not go into the fray.

I'll carry thank you bitch.

I'm sorry that you think it's okay to not serve blacks.

How's that sheet fitting?

I think it's ok for black owned business not to serve white people. Like I said, I understand logic and understanding escapes you. I can't wait to see what the world looks like when MrLarson determines who can and can't be denied service and by whom. It's said you think a Christian baker has to bake a cake for a gay wedding, too.

Fully consensual transactions between 2 parties is a fairly well know libertarian point of view.

Something tells me you made really poor grades in school.

I would never do that and I never said I would. Your straw man on this just goes to show your inability to critically think. It's no different than government telling me I have to let a transgender woman use the bathroom with little girls. You're a big government liberal that wants the government to control all transactions, you're just not intelligent enough to understand anything beyond the base layer or an argument.

ETA: Why do you insist on the baker being forced to bake the cake? You keep skirting around that.

Show me rights for gays in the constitution.

And I believe this was a States Rights issue.

Want to keep playing?

It's truly scary that you don't even know the purpose of the Constitution and you're somehow allowed to vote
