If Trump was actually serious about "draining the swamp" (he wasn't) he would have never hired Pruitt...guy has been a swamp creature from day 1.

Pruitt has to be the most loathed administrator that I can remember. Either that or the EPA has gone completely off the map in terms of government service. Every week his employees are leaking some weird bullshite to get him fired.
