This is still subjective. You jump from "fetal life" to "human being" because of emotion. You inject morality because it's the only bridge you have when "science" runs out. Morality is subjective. Your statement in totality is subjective.

And even then the term “fetus” is simply medical labeling and not some type of biological statement on transspeciation.

Who said you get to decide? You don't. One thing we do know for certain. Each and every time said whatever it is goes to term , it IS a human being.

I think it's self explanatory. You could make a successful argument that the State recognizes that unborn person as a person.
Otherwise you cannot make a manslaughter charge, now can you?

And? At that point, you're talking about the legal definition, not the moral definition. If that's how you want to argue the point, problem solved. What actually happens, is that you want to argue the point in that manner, but only when it's convenient to your position.

If the State recognizes that as a Person, then Abortion is manslaughter at the very least and probably even premeditated First Degree Murder.
