How do you prove intent as it relates to bullying in an academic setting?

Where did I say you could?

This has no relationship to my argument pointing out the dishonesty

Your examples are all examples of potential bullying that existed on 12/14/24, bubba.

The actual, pertinent question is how that is example of the student "speak[ing] positively about ICE"?

So it’s subjective, and determined by the principal?

Are you sure that you are an attorney?

When has bullying not been?

Again, that has nothing to do with the dishonesty in OP

The dishonesty is on your part.

That principal has arbitrarily determined a new disciplinary hierarchy.

Suspending a student for a “perceived” grievance does not pass muster.

Oh I'm absolutely all in on this. Our culture is clearly, obviously, historically better than all others.

When the act is investigated and compared to benchmarks related to a recognized determination.

You really are not well versed in this, are you?

Wrong.

Those aren’t examples of bullying.

You really are out of your depth on this subject.

Just take the L and move on.

Pointing out lying is seen as lying by the dishonest

Sometimes I wish my kids were still in school and would face something like this. I'd have sent them to school in matching T-shirts and they'd have absolutely loved it.

You're just making shite up and trying to sound authoritative in doing so, at this point

And you ignore the relevant questions

Actually, I KNOW what I am talking about.

YOU are speculating (and incorrectly no less).

That is comical.

You have yet to answer the two questions that I put forth.

You really are a tool.
