Prince Andrew is a No-show at His Daughter's Wedding

I wonder why this could be? Is it because he has been shunned by the royal family and isn't allowed at family functions anymore, or is it because he has been arrested?

I'm not too savvy on all the Royal Family stuff, so I'm not sure if this could be explained by him being in the dog house or not, but it sure seems odd that he wouldn't be at his own daughter's wedding.

Probably just in the dog palace. I can’t imagine the Queen wanting to be anywhere close to Andy right now. If he had been arrested it would have leaked.

But I still wonder. I would think that with the proper leverage a gag order can still be effective. "If this is leaked you will be considered an accessory to crimes against humanity."
Governments are actually much better at keeping secrets than people act like they are.

Yeah. I remember. He has been sorta excommunicated from the family in the sense that he no longer holds titles nor does he have any royal duties anymore. But I don't remember hearing anything about him not being allowed around the family anymore. If you have any sauce that he isn't allowed at family functions anymore I'd like to see it.
It could very well be the case, but I just don't know. It seems to me like he has been photographed riding around in a car with the queen since he stepped down. I find it hard to believe he wasn't allowed at his daughters wedding. Hell, these royal family frickers had Jimmy Saville basically living in Buckingham Palace for 20 years. They haven't really hidden the fact that they party with pedos.

There were some disagreements this week on whether or not he would attend. Many thought he wouldn’t to avoid the ugly distraction at Bea’s wedding. He absolutely has been pulled from all official royal duties and I’m sure he’s also be told to not be seen anywhere socially either. However, that wouldn’t apply to his daughters wedding. I agree it’s likely to avoid the uncomfortable gossip and speculation during her day.

I don’t know how to link articles, but The Daily Mail has several stories about the wedding. The reception was at his house and the ceremony was held at a church adjacent to his property.
