Okay then you do know the post office can't set their prices right. They have to go through congress to set any price changes. They are also not legally allowed to advertise their prices because they are considered a government entity and it would be seen as competition against private business.
The fact is aside for some personel issues with benefits and union red tape it is the most efficiently ran and cheapest parcel service in this country. The problem isn't the post office it's the government red tape.
Which is why it's pretty dump Trump would tweet about it when its the governments fault it's hemorrhaging money in the first place.

But unlike private businesses, the USPS is exempt from paying property taxes, meeting emission standards for their vehicles, sales tax, and parking tickets. Even with all those built-in advantages, they still lose billions every year.

It's true the USPS has allowed Amazon to get rich off of tax payers dime. They should pay us back!
