These are strange times. Why surrender this ground.?Just resist using pronouns with trans people, that way you can be both welcoming and not a liar.

Hes not saying he agrees with the ideas presented by transgenders just saying he'd rather be nice to them by using their preferred pronouns rather than start shite. Nothing crazy about this.

I understand not being a jerk. In the presence of a trans person I’m going to make every effort to avoid pronouns altogether. But what if a pastor visits someone who thinks they are a unicorn? Is he supposed to compliment them on the beautiful horn coming out of their forehead? Are pastors not to be concerned with the truth as much as they are concerned with being nice?

I guess I’m speaking of someone I know or care about or have a relationship with. I would probably in that case avoid pronouns. I just wouldn’t go out if the way to incite someone I care about just like I expect them not to make me use pronouns a don’t believe are true.

June 2022 the SBC will fracture in to 2 or 3 smaller groups.
SBC Convention will be in California that year and the role of females will be on center stage. Beth Moore will be nominated for President and a battle will take place with the losing party likely splitting away.
If the liberals win it will break as follows
Liberals hold SBC while Reformed Conservatives form their own group as do non reformed conservatives.
A conservative victory sends liberals for the door.
SBC Convention will be in California that year and the role of females will be on center stage. Beth Moore will be nominated for President and a battle will take place with the losing party likely splitting away.
