Pres. Trump Carried Kentucky by 26 Points; Will We See A Recall Effort RE: Bitch McConnell?

Looks to me like the overwhelming majority of the voters in Kentucky have to be mad as hell at McConnell right now. I mean, let's recap:
1) McConnell refused to cooperate on a stimulus package PRE-ELECTION that could've helped President Trump. Even if you think McConnell did the right thing, he's practically done a 180 regarding the stimulus package now.
2) Instead of joining President Trump after the election in calling for a complete investigation into obvious election irregularities, McConnell signaled an openness to working with Biden on 11/4.
3) McConnell favors Trump's impeachment, even after Trump has left office.
4) Allegedly, McConnell is working with Schumer to pass some sort of bullshite amendment denying Trump the right to run for President in 2024.
And remember, this POS was supposed to be working WITH President Trump. If KY voters don't launch a serious recall effort, I'll be more than a little disappointed.

US Senators and US Congressmen cannot be recalled.
Recalls of federal elected officials are illegal, unconstitutional and any statuary legislation on the federal and state level providing for a recall would be struck down in court.
Mitch McConnell will be Senator until 2026.

I don't think that US senators can get recalled like you think they can.

Senators can't be recalled by their voters. To be removed, they have to be expelled by their peers which requires a 2/3 vote.

I didn't know. No wonder the son-of-a-bitch isn't even trying to hide his true colors.

Yes they can.

No, they aren't.

Do they have a recall mechanism for Senators?

Any case law on that?

This is a congressional research document that lays out the history of recalls. LINK
It's clear that there is nothing in the constitution that provides for and authorizes a recall of federal elected officials.
And the Supreme Court is on record saying this in Burton v United States...
quote:
The seat into which he was originally inducted as a Senator from Kansas could only become vacant by his death, or by expiration of his term of office, or by some direct action on the part of the Senate in the exercise of its constitutional powers.33

McConnell and Pence are two of the good republicans.

Why then, are you supporting biden's plans, which include massive spending, more regulation, etc?
George Bush, Bob dole, ronald reagan, etc wouldn't have supported Biden's plans.
Why are you, if you claim you are a republican?

How many times do some of you have to be told you can neither recall a United States Senator nor a member of the House of Representatives?

I think it is an interesting question and would be interesting to seek judicial input if the question was ever brought up.
There is a gaping hole in the remedy for Congressional misconduct. Case law seems to support (I can track down the cites if you care) the Senate does not think they can not expel a member for actions prior to election or even from a prior Congress. So if something significant comes to light after a freshman's election or a new Congress convening there seems to be no mechanism for removal.
