Yes. It's a fair decision. Like the article states, if the mother didn't have the complications from the virus she would not have been hypoxic.

I thought we already knew this. Babies in utero weren't getting it from their sick mothers, but from the healthcare workers who were "handling" them.

If it's proven that COVID-19 did cause the premature birth, I see no problem counting this as an indirect death. It doesn't happen if the mother doesn't get sick, so.....
