I have no idea what she's doing.
But anyone who has spent any time in the UK knows that there are plenty of UK Muslims who likely are distressed about this, if for no other reason than any other vapid, well-to-do people get distressed about bad things.
I'm not asserting they all recognize their faith is a huge problem. I'm saying they're so interwoven with London society that their response is the equivalent of how our Kardashian-loving brain dead girls might respond to a terrorist attack.
If you think all Muslim girls in London are jihadists or otherwise down with the struggle, I encourage you to spend 5 minutes in Harrods.

Having lived in and around Muslims for a large portion of my adult life this image reaffirms that there are only two types of Muslims. 1) Radical Muslims that will kill all non believers at any opportunity. and 2) Indifferent Muslims that might not kill non believers but who do not object to the killing on non believers.
There are no moderate Muslims.
