Politicians work for us. They are supposed to be held accountable to their constituents.

Not worshipped.

From where I’m sitting, the biggest (or perhaps “loudest”) story thus far is the hysteria and aggression that so many so-called Republicans have engaged in to declare his every move and initiative a failure, from literal day one. It’s been such a spectacle that it’s now a rule, at least for me, to view their dramatic naysaying with little to no credibility from word one.

It’s got nothing to do with being principled and fair and balanced with one’s criticism, i.e. “it’s ok to criticize Trump, ya know.” There’s waaay too much angst and anger in the collective tone for that to truly have anything to do with it whatsoever. Y’all should have tempered the obsessive tone to begin with, maybe with a more rational tone every now and then to be taken seriously.

Honestly, I would have no problem if he just played Golf with him. But the very next day he actually called up NBC News and told them he was "Pissed off at Putin". So it is obvious Lindsey Graham had some influence on him which is what I don't like.

As of late, I've been a bit frustrated also but I don't see the situation as dire as what you describe.
Trump has made huge moves and has delivered/trying to deliver on his campaign promises and has the same dynamic as during the election. Namely, Dems continuing to "get Trump" which failed to garner voter support.
Dems have nothing new, no new policies, no new ideas, all they have is "get Trump".
An already defeated strategy.

Most of us are OK with everything being done except spending 2 Trillion more than revenue per year, and continuing to run interference for a bunch of Hollywood elites and haggard old pols who were involved in statutory rape of minors.

But you can’t criticize anything or some dickhead will try to make the criticism about some governor somewhere.

Maybe, just maybe, we DO hate continuing the Ponzi scheme and the two-tiered Justice system. Maybe the criticism is warranted.

No one wants him to fail, dunces. We have to live in this economy too.

I'd prefer he fix shite instead of passing the buck to the next guy, which is exactly what he is doing.

Trump actually *could* do so much better. But yeah, there's way too many fake concern trolls here.

No panic here. I just continue to be enthralled by the depth of your replies on these incredibly sensitive political topics. Amazed how you craft one sentence rebuttals that showcase your knowledge of complex words such as “pannican”.
