Japan - best of the Asians and homogenous high IQ
Poland - homogenous and patriotic white Catholics
Iceland or Finland - awesome and homogenous high IQ
Argentina - best of South America high IQ
Belarus - homogenous Eastern European - culture and masculinity of Russia but less corrupt and Mongoloid high IQ

Goal is to get rid of crime and stupid people. Polish are not so smart, so I might replace them with Swiss - but poles would be good soldiers and content with working class status.

I'd pick countries that naturally have favorable geography toward trade, agriculture, and defense.

So in no particular order:

United States
Germany
France
India
China

Not surprising that they are some of the most prosperous nations right now.

Would agree on all of them. I'm partial to NZ, it's a fantastic place , beautiful country and educated people. Biggest problem is lack of natural resources like oil.

In all of this Argentina is the sleeper.....with very Very VERY hot women

Yep, the Southern hemisphere would be where the action would migrate to. Southern South America ( Argentina, Uruguay and Chile) would be the most logical places due to population alone and education...Australia/NZ as well

BTW, all of these places along with S. Africa produce really good wine and eat lots of meat. I'm partial to Christchurch, NZ followed by Auckland. The area between Melbourne and Sydney is great too. If I had to go to Argentina - Mendoza(just for the wine)
