My grandmother lives in a retirement home. There are 18 reported cases there. (all have been vaccinated). I'm just the messenger.

Did that facility already get hit?? Where I consult was hit hard mid April last year through June. It was insane
Only random employee cases now and no one has been reinfected. Also not all residents chose to be vaccinated

There are >342 vaccinated residents in the facility who did NOT get CV19.
