Had a conversation with a owner of a small engineering company.

Always has issues landing some top engineers when going against the larger companies. They can offer better flexibility and match pay, but lack the other incentives sometimes to win.

Expecting a few people they went after to look at moving to a smaller firm with no mandates.

---

If people hold firm, this can place a hurting on some of these large corporations. Most of which have lost sight of their priorities.

Putting a requirement on the cover letter for my resume when I get canned.

Seeking position in a fast paced small but responsible company (<99 employees).

So Biden actually did something good, completely by accident.

The only law that Dems don't violate regularly is the Law of Unintended Consequences.

His mandate is trash, but this may help some smaller firms get some real top talent.

Let us not forget, the smartest were among the lowest vaccination rates.

Until the mandate is amended to include companies of 50, 10, then all companies.

It isn't just this vaccine bullshite, it is also CRT, hate against white males, and other wokeness the Fortune 500 companies push on everyone.

All of this is opening the door for a tremendous revival of small companies. Huge opportunity for those willing to step up.

Can anyone articulate a reason for the Post Office employees being exempt?

Other than they know this will create labor shortages and they want the mail to run.
