Iran did not start this war.

His response was very weak and didn’t call out the regime in any real or meaningful manner for the murder of about 40,000 innocent protesters.

Nor did he call out anyone specifically in his homily about war today. Everyone's feelings are just hurt because they perceive it as a slight towards Trump.

I’m absolutely not.

You clearly think the Pope is wrong.

It is a doctrine issue that God would not listen to the prayers of someone who wages war.

It is Catholic dogma that the Pope is the voice of Christ and infallible on doctrine issues.

Thus you either aren’t Catholic or a very very poor one.

While the subject in general may be doctrine, this individual war and his opinion on it is not.

The Pope is infallible in matters of doctrine when speaking ex-cathedra. It's incredibly rare, and doesn't apply to a homily where he's saying war is bad.

if you are comparing this war to the Crusades you are dense.
I am pointing out the stupidity of the Pope's statement. As a Catholic, do you think it was a bright statement?

I can say he’s wrong and my words mean just as much as his.
Does he really think he will retain his papal position with a nuclear ayatollah in Iran?? Live and let live BS??
There’s no co-existence with radical Islamism.

Catholics pick and choose those to sin against. Like all those aborted babies for pregnant nuns.

Your slaveowning Confederate fathers, KKK & segragationists picked and chose who to sin against.

The common thread here, idiot, is religion.

Fkcn hayseeds. Too simple to see their own hypocrisy.

By this standard, should we then let Hitler conquer all of Europe? You know, just so we don’t kill any women and children when we are at war?
How many women and children were killed by Hitler in his venture to wipe out Israel? Where is your outrage about that?

You don’t understand nuance, theology, philosophy, the Bible or words in general…

Edited. No idea what happened there.
