Curious if they will elect another Jesuit? Lots of the current cardinals he placed. The conservatives will try to gain back some control also.

I am sure the libs will say Vance killed the Pope. The signal chat signal made his pacemaker malfunction.

My parents taught me if you don't have anything good to say, don't say anything at all at moments like this.

I’m not Catholic. And certainly not familiar with how a Pope is chosen.

Anyone care to give me the 1st grade breakdown on how this works?

The cardinals will be in Rome in about 2 weeks then the Conclave will start. We need to pray for their safe travels, then double our efforts during the Conclave that the Holy Spirit directs the Church in the direction that will save the most souls.

The conclave, the gathering of cardinals who elect the Pope, must begin within 20 days of Pope Francis’s death. Only cardinals under the age of 80 will be eligible to vote, and there are 138 cardinals who meet that requirement. Of that 138, only 120 votes are taken. Of the 138 eligible cardinals, Francis appointed 110 of them

Voting will start with one ballot and then move to four daily until a candidate receives 2/3 (80 out of 120) votes. This process will take 3-5 days

You must be young. I'm not Catholic but have followed a few. Just look for smoke. The Bishops light up some bowls when they have picked a new Marxist leader.

Reportedly his first words were, "Oh shite! Jesus is real!"

I wonder who the new Pope will be? Another globalist-installed puppet?

I have noticed a lot of individual parishes did return to more Latin in mass than I can remember as a kid.

I’m no Catholic, but who speaks Latin? And why, if no one does, speak a language in which no one speaks or can understand?

While I don’t celebrate that he is dead, I do believe he was a heretic and shouldn’t have been in that role. He helped paved the road to the death of Christianity. They have got to get someone with a backbone that will actually follow the Bible and not their progressive interpretation.

I want a pope who will raise armies and send them on crusades to kill the savages in Gaza.

Possibly even retake the city of Constantinople from the Turkish barbarians.
