You think 4 ounces of pork is too much for a serving? That 4 ounces is precooked weight, an ounce of meat is about the size of your thumb or less if you have a large hand. Most adult males would eat twice that in one meal.

4 ounces (after cooking) is the amount of meat in a large sandwich.
I would guess Subway probably has 2 or 2.5 Oz in their subs.

It is about calories in and calories out. I lost over 20 pounds once and I didn't change my habits, I just ate less and didn't eat to the point that I was going to explode. I still had some hunger pains but that is the point of losing weight.

Overeating is related to stress and unhappiness. You either eat to live or live to eat. We Americans have chosen the latter.

There should be state run food stamp stores that make poors pedal the grocery cart while only being able to buy healthy shite with our money.

Win, win.

Did Michelle do this? Or was that just interfere with kiddie lunches?

Hell no, she just meddled with school lunches. The absolute explosion of “EBT Accepted Here!” flags happened not long after the Halfrican took over.
