This whole thing is ridiculous. Let’s summarize:

Trump along with millions of Americans thought the election was rigged
He put a team of people together to determine what their options were legally to stop the certification before this could be investigated
He pushed for investigations and to delay certification of results
There was no appetite at all at the state or Fed level to seriously look at what happened with all of the mail in ballots and overnight in the swing states
Establishment Pubs had no desire to hitch their wagon to Trump
Biden became President

There was a full on propaganda push to make anyone that questioned the election liteterally Hitler trying to destroy democracy. Now they’re trying to arrest him for trying to figure out his options with what he believed was a fixed election.

This is no different from being impeached for asking Zelenski to investigate the Bidens when there was evidence all over the place. Any effort to even investigate corruption is painted as a threat to democracy.

Its all a ruse to get Trump to drop out and disavow all of his previous statements about the election.


Here is opportunity to prove his baseless claims of election fraud. Put up or admit this was nothing more than a money grab which anyone not in the cult could easily see.

BUT the cult should note the angles Smith is taking when making their arguements. They are ranting about the wrong stuff. The questions are things like "did Trump do things like the KKK law outlawed?" " did he conspire to deny voters rights?".

These are the charges. The cults arguments should be framed around responses to those kind of charges.
