Better get some bricks prepositioned!

Garrett Rolfe, the former Atlanta police officer facing a felony murder charge over the fatal shooting of Rayshard Brooks, on Wednesday sued the mayor and the city police department over what he alleges was a wrongful firing.

In a legal complaint filed in Fulton County Superior Court, Rolfe claimed that his dismissal on June 13 was carried out "without an investigation, without proper notice, without a pre-disciplinary hearing, and in direct violation of the municipal code of the City of Atlanta."

The lawsuit, which names Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms and Interim Atlanta Police Chief Rodney Bryant as defendants, alleges that Rolfe's firing violated his legal rights to procedural due process and equal protection. It asks that officials be compelled to reverse the officer's dismissal and reinstate him to the force while also providing back pay. LINK

Much like with the Alton Sterling cops, this guy has a case and it will cost the city a settlement to make this go away.

A good start. He needs to start suing media outlets, BLM groups, etc. Sue everybody.

He's going to get off, as well as the cop in Minneapolis.

"Don't profile black people"

Viral cases that led to riots...

Martin, Brown, Sterling, Floyd, Brooks, Gardner...

All were the profile of the worst examples in the black community...

Why in the heck does this keep happening?

How can we as a country be this stupid?

Police are the least of Black Americans problems...

If Wood has time. He's been retained by Hannity, the McCloskeys, and two or three other people just in the last week.

I hope he walks away with a mountain home, beach house, lake house and hunting tract as a result of the settlement.

Because most black people don't actually want to address the bigger problems so they whine about the statistical anomaly.

I'd like to see Rolfe get generationally wealthy, the DA disbarred, and the mayor banned from ever holding political office again. That would be an amazing outcome.

So there is no doubt they didn't follow the proper procedure to fire him.

So he will win that aspect of it.

If all he can sure them for is back pay, it's not going to be a huge settlement.

Not sure if wrongful prosecution is something that can be sued or not. I all not a lawyer.

But they totally screwed this guy over.

There's a decent chance this case is decided next Tuesday, more or less

Although I think even if Howard wins there is a strong chance the charges will be modified/dropped based on the GBI findings.

Black people suck at picking Heroes.

The fact that the overwhelming majority of black people in this country don't have a poster of Clarence Thomas hanging over their beds is proof.
