White guy. His family has warned authorities about him before. He had worked at the facility. Used 2 rifles. Killed himself (shot in the head) when police got to the facility

If you move the camera down the street just a few clicks in front of his house, the timelines change 3 times. Only time it happens on the whole street. Right in front of his house. Bit fishy if you ask me...
