I would like to see the rationale regarding the no-call Illegal Procedure and the Timeout...AFTER the no-call.
Kiffin should file a complaint and make it public at the least. Show the whole Nation and let them understand that blatant incompetence, or worse, could be them, next.
I think the Refs chickened out because of the Home crowd pressure.
