Why are you so dishonest? He didn't get a felony for simply driving without a license. Why do you lie to minimize his crimes?

He's in jail because he can't pay bail so he will be in there for how long, you think?
He was in for 10 months last time.

so, you can remind various government workers in the system itself of that, in a gentle way, in a non confrontational way.
It’s a societal attitude, not just a CO attitude. Americans love to punish their fellow citizens.
His original charges were all driving related. No drug or violent charges. He pleaded to a felony to get out of jail. I think fleeing from an officer.
I have no idea what the circumstances are surrounding his last arrest. Everything is recorded in jail so I won’t be asking him until this is all resolved. He was doing great before this happened. The judge agreed to expunge his felony after he successfully completed his probation. He’s already passed 3/5 of his GED tests and that was the only special condition of his supervision. It’s just really disappointing.

Felony fleeing from a traffic stop? Absolutely inexcusable. A total a-hole putting innocent people at risk to initiate a vehicle chase to avoid being held accountable. You can be assured there were other charges involved as well, like resisting.
Yet you push the "babe in the woods" narrative ("he was just driving without a license".)
He's a piece of shite and so are you.

Do you have Suicidal Empathy? So, do we!
Come for the strong social welfare programs, stay for the high government regulation run by lefties, like you!

Thanks. I’ve been reaching out to people I know who work in the jail to see if they can get me on his visitor list.
Maybe it was discussed earlier but what was your “student” charged with and what landed him back in custody?
Edit disregard I see it above. Why did he get a felony evasion?

You seem to be implying that well-connected and powerful billionaire couldn’t secure an adequate defense attorney to ensure a fair trial. Do you believe Donald Trump got a fair trial? Do you agree that he is a well-connected and powerful billionaire? AYou refuse to address my claims and post actual deflection so I must assume that up can’t argue with my words which is why you just say “nuh uh” and run off.
Again. Complete failure.
What you are saying that I am implying... is not what I'm saying.
Absolute inability to comprehend. Can you inform me which portion is giving you trouble? It's not only a complete original deflection... you again attempt to use the same deflection.
This is exactly why your preachiing goes 100 pages. You ignore... deflect... strawman... all the tricks. All to faithfully parrot the narrative you have been commanded to repeat. For absolutely free of charge to them.
I know exactly how you operate. Exactly. I know someone who is the mirror image of you. Keeps on with all the victim narratives.. keeps bowing with their "privilege".. keeps making excuses... keeps saying they don't have access to whatever... it's the justice system that skews the crime statistics due to "systemic issues"... and THEN pays over a hundred thousand more for a home well away from these underprivileged souls. Puts their kids in schools away from where the "underprivileged" kids go... never volunteers to check their "privilege" when the subject of job advancement comes up. And they are like the next example.. the next example,. and every example after that.
All to fill your, and their, savior complex and get some kind of gratification.

Oh hell folks! He didn't do anything major! Only endanger the lives of multiple members of the public fleeing the cops! WTH! Can we not flee the police in peace anymore?? GAH!! If he was a rich white guy the police woulda gave him an escort to where he was going. Unfair!

"It's not his fault for fleeing. You can hardly blame him. This 'certain demographic' is used to being murdered by police. Just look at Trayvon Martin and George Floyd. You'd run too if you were him!"

I agree with you that it's a good idea to visit him in jail and encourage him, despite this set-back. Tell him that if his attorney needs a character witness for his case, you'd be happy to help.
Many of your fellow Americans perhaps would like to see Vengeance and Punishment HOWEVER the fact is that the system itself does not see things this way - our system is Rehabilitation, which means that your student still has a chance to make it in life.

Pretty sure anyone who has seen even one rerun of law and order has a better understanding of how plea deals work than you do.
Carry on posting your laughing emojis. That’s always a tell of a solid argument.

Look at this liar, piece of shite. Would have us believe they had him plead up to "felony fleeing" to get out of a misdemeanor "driving without a license"?

Yeah, we need to adjust the "release" part so offenders serve the whole of the sentence that society at large actually agreed upon.

I haven't read every post in this thread because I would not be interested in all of the posts that are bashing you and attacking you.
It was dead and people had given up until she went after Sally and tried to bash everything she could imagine about Sally and her humanity.
This thread keeps dying and she keeps coming back like she is hunting for souvenir screen shots to show to her liberal friends.
Most of this is about her lying about the entire situation, she trashed the guy, gossiping about his baby mom and girlfriend, his dead end job, and how he refuses to get a license, even though he supposedly has been arrested multiple times for that.
It's not an honest story, she doesn't care about this guy one bit, everything she says about him is a lie or talking down about him.
You got played man.
Someone defended Sally
quote:
Because Sally’s human represents an anti-feminist lifestyle.
That can’t be tolerated.
Cubbies then told everyone how much she personally hates and detests Sally (Who I've never seen insult her)
quote:
Married off as a 16-year-old to another teenager who knocked her up. High school drop out. No technical skills. No education. This is the lifestyle you put on a pedestal.
You’re right, I don’t think that should be tolerated, let alone celebrated like you do. You call me evil for believing women are capable of more than laying in their backs for a roof over their heads.
My 6-year-old daughter started violin lessons this week. I’m sure that enrages you as no girl should learn how to do anything other than spread her legs, cook and clean in your world.
You people are sick.
Mean rich girl on steroids rage there.
Is that what you are defending?
