I agree with you that it's a good idea to visit him in jail and encourage him, despite this set-back. Tell him that if his attorney needs a character witness for his case, you'd be happy to help.

Many of your fellow Americans perhaps would like to see Vengeance and Punishment HOWEVER the fact is that the system itself does not see things this way - our system is Rehabilitation, which means that your student still has a chance to make it in life.

Most of this is about her lying about the entire situation, she trashed the guy, gossiping about his baby mom and girlfriend, his dead end job, and how he refuses to get a license, even though he supposedly has been arrested multiple times for that.

It's not an honest story, she doesn't care about this guy one bit, everything she says about him is a lie or talking down about him.
