this is correct. They are currently working on a vaccine delivery system that administers the vaccine through the nasal passages to avoid the initial infection.

Lol. The CDC doesn’t change based on evolving data. They change based on political expediency, cite some data point and the people who are inclined to believe it lap up the data point.

Order of events
1. CDC completely fricked up beginning of pandemic. They then made up a bunch of shite to pretend to have a handle on the situation
2. The powers that be realized the cdc was literally making shite up and people were sort of listening, so they told the cdc to make shite up that could be used to their advantage politically.
3. The cdc then started trying to do reasonable things but sprinkle bullshite to further a goal
4. The cdc bullshite began to vastly outnumber the useful recommendations and they got used to lying
5. Biden won which then became an issue of “how do we make this less painful but not make it obvious we’re two timing shite lickers?”
6. Cases are going up and in an effort to not appear impotent after accusing trump of “doing nothing”, the powers that be want the cdc to return to step 2.

I read that the mRNA vaccines' boost of IgA doesn't last as long as its boost of IgG. IgA plays a large role in mucous membrane immunity. IgG provides more systemic immunity. Hence, fair amoint of multiplication in the nose/throat but it doesn't usually progress systemically.

That was the case for me. I was sick for about 4 days before I lost my taste and smell. That lasted for probably 2 weeks after I felt better.

The big mistake they made was they ran this gambit, which has been in the hopper a while, on a virus that's pretty f'n tame for the vast majority of Americans. And once they started running the scam, it's not like they could pull back and wait for a better/more lethal virus - they were all in at that point. So they're "managing" Covid like it's the Spanish flu on steroids rather than what it actually is - a nothingburger for everybody but the very old/frail, the very very obese and people already with one foot in the grave due to ongoing disease(s).
