Air Traffic Control/FAA are government ran. The Black Hawk was military (also government). I saw the DC crash as an unfortunate tragedy. Now I wonder......

The ring camera footage shows some sort of discharge at rear of the plane. United back in the 80's had a catastrophic engine failure that severed all of the hydraulic systems. Engine failure possibly damaging the rudder actuator or a chunk of the tail.
