I'm not sure them using nukes is the fear. I think it's more a fear of them proliferating and selling them to more enemies. Hell, if they do that, then world relationships will change drastically.

Good test of GMD. Knock them out of the sky (hopefully). Then drop a bunkerbuster right down fat boys chimney. Just like they did to Saddam's operation centers during Desert Storm. Then vaporize NK. Problem solved in that region. Then reduce the Iranians to a wandering tribe of desert goat herders. In other words, bomb them back to the eleventh century.
