Concentrate on your School Board, County/Parish Commission, Sheriff, Municipal County Judge and Clerks, Treasurers in your own sphere.

I agree butttt the problem is that the federal government has bought and/or forced local and state governments to give them more control via grants and taxpayer dollars over the past few decades.

But, not where the rural vote or <<15,000 population people we are in almost all states should mean exponentially more than a Metropolis or DC. It's way past time we say F a turnout of 10% for Mayoral votes vs 80% and 83% Red for the General. It's upside down.

DC has nationalized local and state politics. Instead of focusing on real issues you get to hear your mayoral or legislative candidates talk about fighting the Trump or Biden agenda. It’s all depressing.

Absolutely not in rural Texas. In my ISD. But if you live in an ISD/County run by Dems in a Metropolitan area? It's on y'all to flip it. Ask me anything. Angry Republicans can't whine if they won't consider a better sphere and life.
